Meet the team
Hans & Chantal have been working together from early age on. They started out as tour-guides and touroperator reps in Italy, where they organized the vacation for thousands of guests for many summer seasons.
In South Africa they were responsible for creating and operating an adventurous outdoor bus vacation, where the guests explored the culture, history and nature of this impressive country.
In Saba (Caribbean) they managed and reorganized the most luxury hotel on the island. During this time they welcomed many VIP guests like the Dutch royal couple, several governors and Secretaries of State.
Back in the Netherlands another hotel needed redevelopment and reorganization, which they did. Within a year the hotel had back its profitability and the service level was back, with as result very good reviews.
Their last project was in Curacao, the Dutch Caribbean. Here, they developed a full-service incoming touroperator from scratch, which has grown to become the marketleader. The company had contracts with all the major cruise lines and a lot of renowned international touroperators/ wholesalers from all over the world.
Chantal
Chantal is extremely hands-on and is always busy trying to fix or improve something. She loves a pro-active approach and does not rest before the challenges have been solved. She is strong in creating a high quality back-office to ensure a smooth operation. Furthermore, Chantal is well experienced in administration and is able to structure a company in a short time-frame.
Chantal is highly energetic, active and she is determined for results. She is very outgoing and social. She is open-minded, positive minded, but realistic at the same time.
Hans
Hans is highly sales-driven and is able to increase revenue of the company fast. He is an strong communicator with both in- and external stakeholders. He is able to coach and train staff and bring their output to a higher lever. His approach to challenges is always creative, which helps to improve the companies results. Hans is strong in creating ambitious businessplans and at the same time manage the company to achieve these ambitions.
Hans is very enthusiastic and positive minded, with a large sense of humor. Furthermore, very outgoing, ambitious and is able to analyse quick and efficient.
